Euphonik and Itu Khune altercation

On Twitter, as per usual, there's rumors and what seems to be "evidence" that back up these rumors of an altercation that took place between DJ Euphonik and Bafana Bafana goalie, Itumeleng Khune.

What sparked the confrontation seems to be that Itu supposedly caressed Revlon Ambassador, Bonang Matheba's leg and kissed her on the lips. I don't know when this took place and how truthful it is but there's a CLIP below you can all download to hear the confrontation between the two stars.

Euphonik is clearly heard defending his Queen exclaiming "If wena udelela uMinnie, ungacabangi ukuthi no Bonang uzomdelela kanjalo."

LMAO *Death of me*
Below is an Audio Clip you can play or download the clip straight to your phone.

Ewu.. I wonder, with the SAMA's being tonight what more trouble will unfold at the after party.

Minnie Dlamini in Victoria's Secret.

This picture had me like "DAYUUMM, Minnie is pretty FLY!!" .

SoccerZone presenter and Rockville star's picture on Instagram, where she is dressed in a Victoria's Secret lingerie , had the Twitter community buzzing on Thursday night.

Itu Khune has something good going on here: FLAMEZ! Then again, love isn't all about the physical features. Heck who am I fooling? Me, who's single living in a world where physical beauty seems to be all that matters to majority of the youths.

But shame, Minnie really worked all that weight off and shaped her body into a perfect example of an "African Silhouette"  .

ANYWAYS have a look below, and indulge!! :-P

Open Letter to Julius Malema

So this was trending on Twitter on Wednesday night:
Gayton McKenzie, president of political party Patriotic Alliance and ex con, took to Twitlonger on Wednesday 23rd April and posted his open letter to infamous EFF leader and so called "revolutionary" Julius Malema, where he spoke his mind on what he thinks about the controversial leader.

And of course moments later the open letter started trending and well for those that haven't read the letter, here it is below:

" Dear Julius Malema,

I wronged people in this country two decades ago when I took part in heinous crimes. I have been trying to repay my debt to society for most of the years since. First, by successfully exposing corruption in jail then by speaking to millions of school kids across this country to dissuade them from a life of crime. I am now dedicating my life to the Patriotic Alliance, which puts ending gangsterism – but more importantly, the conditions that lead to gangsterism in communities – at the top of its agenda. We must get our young people into the mainstream economy.

I see this open letter as part of repaying my many debts to society. If I did not speak up to warn the people of South Africa, but especially our youth, against you, it would mean I have no love for this country.

Julius, you and I are not "revolutionaries". We both know that. We both shop at the same Louis Vuitton and Gucci shops. We both have watches worth hundreds of thousands. We wear more money on our wrists than a miner at Marikana will ever hold in his hands. This week you had the audacity to say that you wear Louis Vuitton to "inspire" the poor. But the poor get nothing out of you wearing flashy clothes.
For people like us to call ourselves revolutionaries is an insult to history's real revolutionaries. Patrice Lumumba is rolling in his grave. Thomas Sankara wants to get out of his grave and take back his words that have found their way onto your whisky-swilling tongue. If simply wearing a beret makes you a revolutionary, then my mum and all her friends have been revolutionaries for far longer than you.

You have spent more money at any of your own lavish parties than Kenny Kunene ever did. But Kenny never spent public money. It was his own money that he worked for openly. He never earned his money through misdirected tenders to shady companies that were hard to track. You bankrupted the ANC Youth League. You bankrupted Limpopo. You bankrupted yourself. Now you want to bankrupt what's left of South Africa.

The difference between you and me is that you use politics to take money from the poor. I give money to politics. I am not seeking a position through politics. My name is not even on any list. But you are trying to get to Parliament at all costs. Unlike what you may read about me, I never received any government money. I never received any tenders. I was never a beneficiary in any BEE deal. But you have never worked an honest day in your life to earn your own money. You don't know what that feels like. You don't know what it means.

When the doors of government's treasury were slammed in your face, you immediately went to the poor with your cap in hand; promising them the world, when you needed their money to pay for your tax problems. You are like a man who steals a cellphone and then goes back to his victim to ask for airtime. You exploit our people's genuine hunger for a better life.
You want to nationalise the mines, but that will take huge amounts of public money to sustain – with no guarantees of profit. You will have to take money that we need right now to build houses and schools for poor people and you will have to gamble with that money to build mines. Nationalisation is not woodwork.

Will you be the one to look our old women in the eyes and say that they can't have their houses today because you want to invest in mines that will perhaps give us profits in 10 years' time? Our minerals will not crawl out of the earth by themselves. And we know that any profits will first have to survive going through your sticky hands before they reach the rest of us.
Jacob Zuma's Nkandla upgrade was wrong on all fronts. But you also took taxpayers' money to demolish a R3-million house in order to build a R16-million house in Sandton. Your own Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) commissar Andile Mngxitama criticised you for this very thing three years ago. Does he think you are no longer that man? None of us should be that naive.

You have insulted so many of our people. You insulted MaMbeki. You insulted Baba Buthelezi. You insulted Naledi Pandor. You had to apologise to all of them. Now you have insulted MaKhumalo, Jacob Zuma's first wife. She is a grandmother and you thought it funny to sexualise her and ask us to imagine her in a bathing suit. Is the only old woman who you respect your own grandmother in Seshego? You speak to no one with respect. Anyone who disagrees with you must know that a choice insult is already on its way from you. When the public protector went for you, you had nothing good to say about her. When the same public protector went for Zuma and Pansy Tlakula, you hailed her work. How stupid do you think we are?

Most of your erstwhile comrades in the ANC remain too scared to say anything against you, because they know that they stole with you, right alongside you. You know all their secrets.
You get two kinds of politicians in this country: the ones who come from prison and those who must still go to prison. You belong to the latter. I may be an ex-thief, but you are a present-day thief. You, particularly you, cannot be calling all white people in this country thieves.
I have a serious problem with you telling our young people that they must take the mines and take the land. All you can think of in your choice of language is, "Take, take and destroy." You are inculcating an attitude of taking instead of contributing and working. Our youth do not need that. No one needs that. Our youth need to be empowered educationally and financially to grow this country.

You are the modern-day Nongqawuse. There was no one there in 1856 to warn our people against that false prophet. Somebody needs to have the courage to warn us against you. I'm not scared of you. But I am scared of what will happen to this country if our young people don't realise what you are before it is too late.

For most of my younger years I was surrounded by conmen and thieves. But you are the biggest thief I ever met. You, truly, are the Con-mander in Thief.

I wish Kenny would take South Africa into his confidence over the real reasons why he left EFF.

Yours truly,
Gayton McKenzie,
Patriotic Alliance President "

I couldn't really care about the corny insults but DAMN! It had to be one of the realest things I've read in a WHILE.

I don't know about you, but I'm anxiously waiting for Malema's response to this. He's been awfully quiet I must say.

RE: Beyonce Easter Tumblr uploads

I was going through Beyonce's tumblr last night and found that she posted recent pictures of her family's Easter weekend and how they'd spend it.

I find these pictures of Blue Ivy so adorable to say the least and those bunny ears she and her mom are wearing are both cute and fashionable at the same time; they probably also cost a fortune too. *covers mouth*

Anyways Bey fans, have a look below :)

Skin Deep

Cheri Lindsay, a college volley ball coach, suffers from a skin pigment disorder known as Vitiligo.

Many people do not know the causes of this skin disorder and have many perceptions of it such as it being 'contagious' and deadly.

Its not genetic nor is it a death penalty BUT it has become a norm in many societies where people suffering from this disease are treated as aliens and become outcasts because of their different skin.

Cheri recently shared her story on an online video where she told the world that "Nobody's 100% perfect: everyone has their flaws" and that it's up to you on whether you choose to celebrate your flaws or allow the rest of the world to make you feel inferior and sorry for how you look.

Below are images of Cheri wearing camouflage make-up as she wipes it all off and celebrates HER unique skin tone.

She fully illustrates her journey from Day 1 of going natural to Today and OH MY GOSH guysss Im soo jealous. She has some great tips on how to maintain your natural hair and how to style it too.

Unauthorized Army Hairstyles

There is a petition to change the new Army appearance regulations, saying they are discriminatory to black women. This weeks "shaking my head" moment goes to the ridiculous code of conduct passed by the US Army on Monday 31st of March that strictly prohibits certain 'black people hairstyles' that are worn by the soldiers.

Crazy right? Well listen to this.. Apparently hairstyles like Twisted Braids, Dreadlocks or even NATURAL HAIR (commonly worn by the women) get in the way and also interferes with headgear.

In response to the Army Regulation 670-1 (AR 670-1) passed on Monday, Sergeant Jasmine Jacobs is conducting a White House petition that has already seen it getting over 6,000 signatures.

“Most black women, their hair doesn’t grow straight down, it grows out,” says Sergeant Jacobs. “I’m disappointed to see the Army, rather than informing themselves on how black people wear their hair, they’ve white-washed it all.”
Which is very true, you'll see in images below that the one of the few hairstyles allowed is worn by a white soldier where her hair is tied in a low-bun. This will obviously be hard for some of the black soldiers to wear because of the restrictions having natural hair comes with.

She goes on to say that her hair has "never interfered with her headgear" and that she "either get a wig" or face a Non-Judicial Punishment, "all because of the way [her] hair grows naturally."

Not only is this racially-biased but  all too crazy and very unnecessary. If it means I can't embrace my ethnicity because of a job, then I'd really consider leaving it.

Nkandla Saga and Rising Prices

President Jacob Zuma's residence in Nkandla. Picture: SOWETAN/SUNDAY WORLDAs a South African Citizen I'm quite sure you, just like every other lower-middle class citizen, have your head filled with unanswered questions and fuming with thoughts you'd like our president Jacob Zuma to hear; but it has been proven, once again, we're nothings to the man in charge.

After Thuli Madonsela's report the news have been filled with nothing but comments and latest updates from members of parliament in regards to the whole debacle and with the man himself Ghedlihlekisa Zuma speaking to eNCA and sharing HIS thoughts on the Nkandla Project.

I was really astound with the man's comments shared on eNews when he said "I have spent 10years in prison, I shall not feel like a prisoner in my own home" when asked about the installations and updates he had at his home. My question is who even asked him to go to jail for anyone? Because as I remember it very clearly in my few years of living, no political fighter had ever made being arrested for the cause an issue or a justification rather, in getting ANY privileges thereafter.

I think Jacob Zuma has got the whole plot wrong in that by him merely going to jail for 10years has given him the right to take PUBLIC money and do as he pleases with it for the benefit of his family.

Because we're all so stupid and blind, and will take anything he says as the truth nothing will be done just like the Shabir Shaik trial and all the other corruption charges filed against Zuma's name or any of his current or former colleagues. But as a contributing member of society, I would like to complain yet agian about the ridiculously rising prices in Taxi's, food and petrol!

I mean who in their right mind will pay R7 for a local taxi ride thats less than 5minutes? I wont even speak about how much Chocolates cost now.. to even toiletries.. its going to be so hard for us women to maintain our standards of beauty and appearance when even shaving blades are costing more than a Streetwise two.
Fuel prices will hit record highs when the latest petrol price increase kicks in on Wednesday.(Oupa Nkosi)
Hai'khona.. Zuma must do us a favour FAST and pay back what is owed by him, so this rise in prices can stop as well as having the currency decline by the week :-/ ..
